Great stories happen to those who can tell them.

Meet Carrie, Chief Story Consultant

As a kid in rural Kansas, I thought Show AND Tell was Show OR Tell. And I chose to “Tell” most sessions. Recognizing my fellow first-graders’ interests, I wove an ongoing tale of my pony, “Rose,” and all the fun we had on the weekends. I went on to higher education, trained as a broadcast journalist and became more interested in telling true, intelligent visual stories. After my adventures in working in broadcast news at CBS and WFAA and running a visual content agency for two decades, I saw that so many of my clients need help with the strategy behind the story they want to tell. It all starts with knowing who your audience is, and then weaving the story to appeal to that audience. A story is more than just words. It shows up in how you present, your web and social presence and visuals that represent you. I am passionate about helping you find your story and then hone it, so you connect with the audience you want to attract.
